Gimbal Axes Control with PID Controllers

Gimbal is a system in missiles that allows the seeker to lock onto target and follow it increases angle of view with its mobility two axes. In this study, control axes two-axis gimbal used missile was carried out. PID controller tuned Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm. optimization, smoother aimed by using multi-objective objective function, which also includes output position error. At same time, bandwidth included as constraint. The Butterworth Polynomial Method (BPM), can adjust coefficient according criterion, for comparison purposes. As result experimental studies show PSO lower positional error responding faster external factors than designed BPM.
